"After noting in our reservation that we were traveling with a child, we were surprised to find our room stocked not only with the requested roll-away, but a full set of kids play room gear, complete with a small table and coloring books, a mini-tent filled with stuffed animals, and donkey bouncer (not to mention the step stool in the bathroom!)."

The breakfast was very good quality with a great selection.
The room had a high level of noise. The hotel faces a busy street with trams and heavy car traffic, also at night. Windows are not soundproof. Most rooms face the street. This noise was a major problem for restful sleep.

The location was really good. It made getting around easy! Breakfast offered a great variety of options. I found something I liked each morning. The staff was friendly. They gave great recommendations for restaurants nearby.
My room lacked air conditioning. It was warmer than I preferred. The windows could not be opened. This made it difficult to cool the room down. Parking cost extra which was inconvenient.
